Join us for meals in the Main Dining Room where the whole ranch gathers to eat and enjoy each other’s company. For breakfast and lunch, we provide a buffet spread of Southwest favorites. When dinner rolls around, guests don their finery and tuck into gourmet fare ordered à la carte. The Main Dining Room combines our love for formal, sit-down meals with laid-back family time and a chance to meet your neighbors.

Start your day with a Create-Your-Own Omelet, Bananas Foster French Toast, or a south-of-the-border delight like Huevos Rancheros. Come back later for our hearty lunch buffet to fuel your afternoon of ranch activities.

Formal Dining

Once dusk falls, our chefs treat you to an array of sophisticated dishes for dinner, like a Mushroom Tart, Roasted Baby Beet Salad, Seared Hokkaido Scallop or Niman Ranch Filet Mignon Au Poivre. At evening meals, we kindly ask you to adhere to our dress code. Long sleeved collared shirts and slacks or jeans for men, and no shorts or tees. Ladies and kids are also asked to dress nicely and not wear shorts or tees.
