Los Caballeros Club Grill
We're open to the public and members all season long for dine-in or take-out! Swing by for a delicious meal at our Club Grill while gazing out onto spectacular views of the Bradshaw Mountain range and golf course. Enjoy hearty, all-American cuisine and refreshing drinks inside the clubhouse or on our scenic outdoor patio. With plenty of available seating and open-air dining, we can safely accommodate group reservations.

While under construction, please join us at our Club House Grill in the Saloon in the main dining room at the Front Office.

Prickly Pear Margaritas
Our most popular signature drink is our hand-made prickly pear margarita. Yes, hand-made. For years now, we hand-pick the prickly pear fruit in August-September, remove the spines and soak them a couple months in tequila to create the purée we use in these tasty margaritas. The purée is mixed with house-made margarita mix and poured over ice with a salted rim. Yummy!
