Team Building
The Rancho de los Caballeros Team Penning Program offers a great way to train team members in the art of communication, motivation and relationship development. It entails dividing your group into teams of three or four, plus a cowboy who'll give as much or as little help as you wish. Each team takes turns riding into an arena to cut three yearling steers out of a herd; they then drive them into a pen as quickly as possible. Deceptively simple, this timed event is guaranteed to provide a challenging and exciting learning experience for all.

Rancho de los Caballeros provides full-service special events and theme party production. Flexibility is your advantage at the Ranch. From simple to extravagant, we offer a wide range of menus and themes for an intimate party of 10 to a grand reception of 200. Choose the ideal setting for your festive evening at the nostalgic Ranch dining room, the refined Los Caballeros Golf Club, the ample Palo Verde Conference Center or three distinct outdoor sites:
- Desert Cookout Under the Stars – For a true western experience have your dinner prepared over an open mesquite fire. An authentic covered wagon, bonfires and western entertainment provide the ambience for the evening under a starlit sky.
- Mexican Fiesta – Enjoy your evening south-of-the-border style. Our talented chef creates Mexican fare for all tastes, from mild to wild. With freshly made margaritas, colorful decor and a mariachi band, this fiesta is sure to satisfy everyone in attendance.
- Stars at the Los Caballeros Golf Club – The spacious golf clubhouse overlooking the Bradshaw Mountains offers many opportunities for private parties up to 125.
